With a background in operations, construction oversight, and systems-based project management, Richard recognized that most facility services rely on trust without verification. Work is performed, but rarely documented. Conditions change, but are seldom tracked. Decisions are made without reliable data.
Imperial Facility Solutions was built to correct that gap. We operate as a structured facility partner—providing documented walkthroughs, condition reporting, and service oversight—so property owners, managers, and organizations have clarity, control, and confidence in how their facilities are maintained.

Each facility and service event is tracked under a unique Job ID, creating a reliable record that supports ongoing operations, informed planning, and confident decision-making.
